When we started out, we installed and restored asphalt and concrete sports courts. However, we soon realized that Asphalt courts crack, sink, hold water and fade all in less than 10 years. We started our search for a more long-term solution to renovate these courts rather than having to tear out the asphalt and start over again. Besides the extreme cost to the HOA or City Parks the life of the asphalt court is only around 10 years. 

During our search for a better court surface, we found a few companies that manufactured snap together tiles that overlay cracked filled asphalt or concrete courts. After receiving samples from several manufacturers, we decided to use the VersaCourt tile system. These tiles go over a new or used asphalt court and protect it from the elements, which allows the court to last crack free for 20 years or more with minimal upkeep.
